For simplicity’s sake, Mostaco offers free delivery for orders within Metro Manila. If it is possible for us to deliver your items, we will deliver it. As a rule, we do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Metro Manila. Any deliveries outside these areas are not available at this time. Sometimes we go the extra mile and do provincial deliveries but that is on a case to case basis.
Nonetheless, we have customers outside Luzon that have arranged shipping services and asked us to deliver their items to their preferred shipping carriers. Or you can opt to pay for 2GO and have them pick up your items at our office and have them deliver to your location.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 3 to 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Carriers and Shipping Costs
You can decide to go with a carrier for your delivery. Payment is freight collect. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. The shipping carrier is responsible for the computation of your shipping costs. We do not add anything to the shipping costs.

Damaged Items in Transport
